• Fidelity Investments has submitted trademark applications for non-fungible tokens (NFT), crypto, and metaverse products and services with USPTO.
• Fidelity handles $9.6 trillion in assets and serves 40 million individual clients as of September 30.
• Fidelity is metaverse-savvy. In April, the firm opened Fidelity Stack in Decentraland. Later that month, the business introduced a metaverse ETF.
• The financial services giant filed trademark on Dec. 21 with serial numbers 97727439, 97727473, and 97727409.
